$30pp non-refundable fee in cash (exact change) or checks payable to Empire Safety Council. Bring ID and payment to class.   

Receive a 10% reduction on automobile liability/collision insurance and qualify for a licensed point reduction. Proper ID is required when registering an absentee person.
