Costume swapping is recycling at its best, and it also keeps costumes out of landfills. The library's backyard will transform into a one stop shop for Halloween costumes and accessories, where you can swap out an old Halloween costume for a different one! Infant, toddler, child, teen and adult costumes in new or gently used condition will be accepted. Costumes and accessories can be dropped off at the Library beginning Monday, October 11.
No registration.
