This program focuses on what you can do with your seasonal harvest to preserve it for the entire year. Topics covered include canning foods, storing root vegetables, fermenting, freezing, and dehydrating. During this class Renato will demonstrate how to can tomatoes and make delicious crispy dill pickles. He will have healthy tasting samples for all participants.
