If you're a teen who has been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or just need to get some things off your chest, journaling is a great way to connect with yourself. Even so, sometimes starting a journal can feel daunting. If you don't know where to start, stop by journal club and pick one of many prompts already created to write about. This is a come as you are program -- no sign up needed. Emily the Social Work Intern will be there to play some music and hang out as well! If you're feeling brave, you can even share with Emily or the group what you wrote about, but sharing is voluntary and there is no pressure to do so. This is a chill and easy-going event. And of course, there will be some snacks.
