For Seniors aged 55+. Join us at the Rainbow Senior Center for a fun hour of crafts. We will bring the projects and supplies; you bring your creativity!

Registration begins November 15.

Five session class: Thursdays 12/2, 12/9, 12/16, 12/23, 12/30. Join certified yoga instructor Sandra Rovira for a virtual Chair Yoga series.

A Zoom link will be sent with program confirmation e-mail.

Tim Bethea, our Social Work Intern from StonyBrook University, will be available on Wednesdays from 11:00am-5:00pm for one hour appointments to help community members navigate the social services system.
