Seed Saving
-
Select a full ripe pepper, it should be easy to pick and have softer skin
-
First slice off the bottom of the pepper and squeeze/roll out as many seeds as possible
-
Slice pepper in half and remove the placenta (center) of the pepper
-
Remove seeds from the placenta either manually, or allow to dry out for easier removal
-
Allow seeds to fully dry for at least a week
-
Seeds should be stored in a cool, dry place and are viable for several years, storing in a sealed container in the refrigerator works well
